Construction completed in 2019.

Originally we wanted to save the existing structure but unfortunately, being constructed in the early 1900's it was beyond repair. Maintaining original footprint and architectural style of original home. 2 Units, 3 bedroom 2 Bath & 2 bedroom 1 Bath. This project went through Design Review process at Sonoma County Permit and Resource Management Department (PRMD). Completed in 2019.
